I saw a plate on an old machine, "Dearborn Manufacturing Co." And it gave an address in Dearborn. I don't know of it's connection with Ford motor. It may have been a local job shop.

Ferguson marked the plows for Ford Ferguson tractors 1939-48. Those Ferguson plows were made by outside contractors including Ford. The Dearborn plows were made by Ford after the Ford Ferguson split.

Yep. Dearborn was from 1948 'til mid/late '50's. After that, they used the Ford name. Before that, Ferguson built them.
