I was looking at the Krone round balers at the Sunbelt Expo this week. Does anyone have the Kr 125 or 130 balers. The rep explained that the 130 just had some more options that the 125 didn't have. I could get by without the wider pickup and the electric twine start but I would not want to be without the bale kicker. The rep even said that the 130 with the bale kicker would not always kick the bale out far enough for the gate to clear. Both balers looked like very simple reliable balers. I would appreciate any opinions on these balers. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I have a KR125 that does about 250 bales a year on very steep and hilly hay fields. Had the baler 3 years. No problems with anything. Bought this baler since it low to the ground, simple to operate(no computer to go bad), and very well built. The bales may not be as pretty as a belt baler but the cows eat them just fine. Keep it greased and oiled and it should last a long time.

My neighbor has a 125. He does about 3000 dry and silage bales a year with it. He says and I agree that it's the most indestructable baler out there, although it dosn't make very pretty bales.
