Just read your post from the other day. Didn't know there was anyone around here baling but me.
I thought you were over on the far side of town.
That field you mentioned is the one I am cutting.
Don't know how you knew it was me but you were right. I went ahead and cut it and it was dry enough to bale. May lose some of the edge to mold but overall it was pretty nice stuff. Ugly field from the road but it makes nice grass hay.
I'll give you a shout if the whole bit goes south on me. By the by, you never bought hay from me.
The previous fella who cut that field would have been the one. I am the third person I know of who did that field. Owner is a good friend of mine. There is a chance I will be moving in a next couple of years. If it happens I will give my buddy your name and you can take it over. If you drive by and I am out there, be sure to walk up and say hello.

Dave,

I just figured that had to be your field since I have read your post before and you mentioned something about a sickle mower and that field looked like it was cut with a sickle mower or something. The guy I think I bought hay from was I think Jerry, over on Pleasent Valley Raod just south of Jacoby. Sunday I finished up baling over on Windy Hollow Lane off of Kensington, I drove down Spencer right by your field with my tractor, glad to hear you got it baled up.
