IH 2 row trip plow questions

I have located a IH 2 row trip plow on rubber which looks just like my steel wheeled genius plow. Problem is the hubs are there but no rims . It does have the tail wheel rim. I was wondering are rims available or can someone help me in what to use? The hubs have holes and small pins sticking out to lock the rim. The casting number next to the IH symbol on the main frame is PO12572.Any help greatly appreciated in identifying and the rim problem.

Check the number of lugs and bolt spacing and hub center size as IHC used an odd bolt patern wheel on some of their machinery and post back then someone can probably help you but without that information it would probably be a wrong guess.
