Most of those today are local fabrications using a 20 to 24 inch disk harrow blade and a hub with bearings. I have a couple I made from single arm plow coulter hubs. Just replaced the coulter blade with a disk blade.

Would it be a hiller or lister or that type of implement? They are rare around here, so don't know much about them, but 2 disc blades that throw dirt together to make a ridge to plant on (or in dry country, a valley to plant in....)

May have been a local fabrication, hard to tell without a picture or more. Stop in and chat with the owner. Oh, please lower your CAPS (voice).
