I don"t have a manual for the NH 315 baler I"m running and I was wondering how many strokes per minute it should be runnning, all I can find is people saying run it 20% under. Also are the round aluminum fingers that feed the hay from the pickup supposed to be angled or straight? About how much will new ones run at the dealer? Thanks for any help. JaredM

KEH is correct. 79 strokes is at 540 pto speed. 90 is the maximum for this baler. I've ran one for years and find that it works better at a slightly slower speed but not 20%. Maybe 10.
All feeder tines should angle slightly toward the chamber at the bottom. You'll have to contact your local NH dealer for pricing. Get a manual. You can't sucessfully operate this baler without it..... .
Good luck as you have a good baler.....

79 strokes per minute. Don't know about fingers.
