I'm looking for any info on my John Deere #951
wagon from 1936. I'm also needing to find where
I can buy the 6 bolt hole wheels to go on it.
Thank You

Hey thanks for the info about the 6 bolt wheels,
I'm hoping to fix up this wagon. I just have the frame, and wheels. Does anyone know what the
size of the bed should be?And is it a flat bed or did it have side boards on it? And what kind of seat did it have when the wagon was new.
Thank You

Any kind of bed that would do the job that you wanted and most were homemade and seat, Why? most were tractor hitch. And if it had a horse toung chances are it still did not have a seat as most horse operators stood up to drive the team.

Any standard 6 lug implement wheel will fit, cheapest is to go to a combine parts yard, 12A, 25, 30, 45, combine all will fit in a 16" rim that would have been orignal. Some of the 951 wagons had a large hub with 5 lug wheels like on a 902 and those were a 17" wheel and that is what I need, will have to make my own wheels from 16" rims.

MY father has a 951 with totaly different hubs. They Have a hub with 5 spidles that come out to connect with the rim. Do you have any history on this wagon. I would be interested toknow what kind of value this wagon would have.
