Hi All , I readjusted the rolls on the 990 and finally got it to crimp correctly . Cut part of the field to test it - about two acres . Did that Tuesday afternoon . Caught a bad cold yesterday , it's worse today ( I don't remember EVER having a summer cold ! and I haven't been sick in close to two years . ) So in light of that , the crimping and the weather have already got the hay dry enough to bale . I guess now I'll have to bale Saturday afternoon if it doesn't get any rain tonight or tomorrow . I'm learning that this is the way of haymaking and I'm not going to get upset about it . At least this time there will be three of us . ...Randy

Aw man,I'd trade two or three winter colds for one summer cold and show a profit if I was in the misery business. If you take all that medicine they advertise to get you over it in 4 to 7 days you likely will, same as if you don't.

Yep , That's why I don't take too much medicine unless the doc forces me in to it . Lucky it was only bad for a couple days . Got my hay in on Sunday afternoon . ...Randy
