My gopher getter implement has only a single hose hydraulic cylinder. It lifts quickly but has delay going down and into the ground. Is there any reason that I can't put a double hose cylinder on instead so I can get down pressure?

They may have put no down pressure on it for reason.

But what are you pulling it with?

Some tractors have a valve you turn to use on one way pressure so the oil will return quicker or easier.

What are you using for a spool valve? Does it have provisions for a DA cyl?
