My sickle mower gave up on me last night ( and my wife shattered the left tractor door - it was a good evening). I still have an awful lot of hay to cut and I don't think I will be able to tear the sickle apart to see if it is salvagable ( Massy #42 - Main pitman drive bearing self destructed). I have wanted a NH451 for a while but the only decent one I have seen near me was just sold. They took a 450 in trade. I might consider it - but I don't know what the differences are.

They are very similar, but the pitman area of the 450 is built lighter than the 451. Other than that except for the 450 being older, they are pretty much alike. Steve
