headlight mount bolts??

Does anyone know of a source -or discovery- for the hollow bolts, very similar to carriage bolts-but with a rounded shoulder, that goes into the round base of headlights? I have considered carriage bolts, but the flat shouler will not seat well into rounded base and will most likely do damage to base. Thanks Mark

I don't know of a source. I have chucked a threaded rod connector in the lathe, with a bolt threaded into the other side as a stop, then screwed a carriage bolt in from the other side, then turned the square part down to round, and then drilled a hole for the wire to pass through the bolt.

A lot of trouble, but it got me out of a jam!
