Does anyone have information on Smoker Farm Elevators from Intercourse, Penn. Lancaster Co. I have been told the chain links that hold the paddles are not made anymore. I would think someone sells them. I guess I could make them if I had to. I have serial number 325-1283 on mine. Any info would be interesting. Thanks, Mark

The links are definately still made. The old Smoker elevators had a link with a hole in it to rivet or bolt the paddle to it. The later New Holland elevator has a slip on style link. Both can still be obtained. Steve

What size chain? Shoup Manufacturing should have the links with the attachment points on them. www.shoupparts.com I know this chain is still available, as Zimmerman Manufacturing in New Holland, PA still makes double-chain elevators.
