I hate to ask for the 3rd time. We got the cylinder off the baler now what are the procedures for replacment of leaking seals?

I'll try to explain it. On the end that the ram comes out theres a set screw,that you need to remove. Then with a flat tipped punch you have to knock the end part in about 1/4-1/2 inch theres a lock ring in there that can only be removed after that part is pushed in. From there all you have to do is pull it part. If you need a picture of all the seals etc just drop me an e-mail and I can scan one I have which I used to rebuild my cylinders. Also be sure to use hyd oil on all the seals when putting things back togeather. By the way I'm always happy to help if I can

I had my 850 out today baleing with it and the 2 rebuilt cyclinders seemed to work great. No more tale gate comeing open other then when I want it to do so. The fun part after you get the end drove back a little it the lock ring from there its a piece of cake
