I was finally able to read what all of you guys have written, and Thank You for all your kind words. We don"t plan to get another one for quite some time, as we still have 2, and 3 was a little crazy in the house although we miss her dearly, espescially my mother. We still have no idea what happened. I plan to call the vet sometime this week and ask if they did find anything in her blood work, but I have a feeling it may have been a stroke or a series of them that made her progressively get worse. She checked out just fine by looking at her and taking x-rays and the like, but mentaly she just didn"t seem to be there anymore and when she could walk, she stumbled and tripped, or just plain fell down. She recognized her name a little bit, but none of my sweet talking could get a reaction from her. While I was burying Diamond next to her Boogart who was hit by a car last August, it started to sprinkle very lightly, and as soon as I was done, the rain had stopped. A very moving experience for me. She missed him a great deal when he was taken from us and was never quite the same. Now she is running and playing with him once again, and also with the 4 puppies she lost. Thank you Donovan from Wisconsin
