Rained about 3" last night, but our ground more then readily absorbed it. Supposed to be 100 degrees and sunny Friday - Sunday. Would like to mow down some hay on Sat and bale on Sunday. Amatuer question - Will I be able to? or will the hay not dry properly?

That could depend on where you are, any breeze humidity how heavy the hay is how dry you have been. I have many times cut hay one day and baled the next here in Southwest Mo. Cut early in the morning.

As mentioned, conditions around 'here' would be wet ground, high humidity, & it takes about 3-4 days for the hay to dry in such, not 24 hours.

Might be different 'there', I donno.

The humidity will be high after that much rain with high temps.

And with the ground wet under foot I don't think there is anyway that the hay will dry in one day.

It ain't gonna happen.

Unless its thin grass hay.
