Sickle Mower Model Question

I am looking for a sickle bar mower to use on my JD 420 to mow some ditches, banks and etc. Since my 420 has a good three point hitch and hydraulics I want a mower that mows in all positions, has a cylinder to raise and lower the bar and is not a "trailer" type. I have looked on ebay at some but it's hard to get solid info from the seller sometimes as to exactly what features that particular model mower has, how it works and the pictures are often lacking. What would be a good mower for my application? Any brand is OK.
Thanks

I have a five foot and an 8 foot bush hog but there are some places I can"t get to with them. I want a sickle mower so I can reach over and mow where the tractor can"t go. I had one several years ago on a Ford 8n that worked pretty good for this purpose except the lift didn"t work exactly as it should (or as good as I expected it to). One with a cylinder would be handier.

Kind of hard to some mow ditchbanks with a rotary.lol.Look for an International 1300 sicklebar. They are a good mower. You could also use a Deere 350, but the IH will be considerably cheaper. Both are pitmanless and will mow in about any position.

If you have never ran 3 point rotary, laugh all you want. Thats all we use in the ditches. Cuts those small trees better than a bar ever thought to.

Any brand of rotary mower will be better than bar.
