The rain came just as my dad and brother baled the last 30 bales, and boy did it come. I was busy trying to get the chopper and wagons ready for the oats, peas & tritcal I cut last night. I was hoping to get atleast 2 loads chopped off yet tonight but it just didn't happen. Instead we put up the last 5 loads on wagons and made it official. 16 loads total, right around 2800 bales.

Can't remember the last time we got that many bales off only 1st crop, last year we got all of our 1st crop on 6 wagons.

Tomorrow is my first neice's baptism in the morning. My dad and I are taking separate vehicles from mom so we can leave a little early and she can spend time with her grand daughter. We still gotta pull the cover off the preasure tank pit because we're getting all new plumbimg and a new tank installed on Monday.

Just keeping busy I guess.

I lied, we got off another 2 1/2 loads a few weeks ago so we got about 18 1/2 loads of 1st crop. A very impressive feat off about 25-30 acres.
