30 years ago I fabricated an attachment, went on in place of my quick attach bucket. It was a combination 3 point and drawbar. I also had a remote hydraulic valve with quick couplers. I used this device mainly for putting equipment in tight spots, mainly winter storage, also loaded hay and silage wagons. Far easier to back a wagon load of hay when your facing the wagon and your vehicle will turn much faster than a tractor. I never saw a better way to back a 5 bottom semi mounted plow in tight corners. I think the highlight was my grain drill and corn planter. They were 6 inches wider than the door of the building I stored them in, skidsteer made quick work of that. I remember once having skidsteer hooked to 20' disk most of the day while changing a few disk blades, mainly to hold it and for the hydraulics. I tried to convince one city fella we pulled the disk with the skidsteer, he didn't bite. I think if your using a blade, you want the actual blade very close to loader pivot. I had a quick attach 6' blade for my skid steer, used it mainly for scraping barn floors and concrete yards. Forget the angle blade, skidsteers are just too short. A Farmall Super A will handle an angled blade better. You try pushing snow with a skidsteer and angle blade, you'll just go in circles.
