Ford Mac Dumping Hay Rake

We have an old 3-point-hitch dumping hay rake identified as a Ford Mac 2475909 Model F3 made by Ford McLusky Mfg. Co in Marietta, Ga. We are trying to figure out how it works, and we think it may be missing a part. I uploaded a picture, which should display from the link below. We would appreciate any information anyone has.

Without seeing a plainer picture and being on the tractor it is hard to tell what you have. it should raise with the 3 point and at the same time as it is raising the teeth should flip back to dump then as soon as it is dumped lower the 3 point hitch and the teeth should come back into working position automaticly
