I am having a problem with the knoters. they bind up and don't knot. Any suggestions?

Do you have a manual? There are lots of pictures in there for different tieing problems...

Is the knot being formed in the needle fingers? That could be a sign of to little twine tension or the tucker fingers not holding the twine in the right spot snug up against the needle. I fought that for a couple years, finally adjusted the tucker fingers to hold the twine right up against the needle, now it works good.

From what you said with the twine wrapping up, that could be your problem, that's what mine was doing...
