The belts on my 605C (It has been updated w/5 10" belts) are running towards the right and rubbing on the belt guides in the rear. Any ideas?

The front braces that come down from the middle of the baler to the hitch are adjustable. You can use them to tiwst the frame and adjust the tracking. Only adjust if the belts track to the right with a level bale in the chamber. Push the right side back and pull the left to the front.

You probably have a bearing out in one of the rollers. That will cause your problem.

Bent tail gate, I don't remember that much about a C I jumped from the A to the F. Are there two turn buckels in front if so try adjusting them. I would check the tail gate first.

The tailgate is not bent.
