Ford 101 Plow 3x14 in reply to npuller, 05-29-2006 08:39:28
I'm dense when it comes to posting a question on this site so I apologize in advance if I did this wrong, but does anyone have any thoughts on which 101 model is "best"? If that depends on what kind of soil you're in (clay, sandy, flat, hilly, etc), can anyone tell me what the differences are by model #. Advantages - disadvantages, etc.
I'd like to purchase a 101 for my Ford 4600 tractor and I want to get the right plow the 1st time around.
Thanks.

Been there and done the same thing, same plow.....forget finding one. Get a machine shop to make you one from a piece of good stuff...like 4120-4130 steel...what I did.
