Need Help with New Holland 67 Baler

I need some help with my New Holland 67 baler.
When I was using it last week it worked great as long as I walk along side the baler and pulled the twine off the hooks when it finished making the knots. It tied every knot and we finished in great time but what is wrong? When I start baling the rest I might not have all the help to walk and pull the knots off the hooks it did it on both sides but most of the time it was the left side Thanks for any help Jeff

If you look underneathe the bill hook you should see a piece that swipes the twine from the knotter. When I had this problem on my New Holland 269 (I understand all NH balers have the same knotter) I adjusted these so that they would sweep farther to the rear that took care of the problem. They might have tok be bent upward so as to come closer to the bill hook in order to swipe the knot. I have also found on any baler that I have owned that too much chamber tension will also cause the knotter to hang up. These have worked for me maybe they will be of some help to you.

Do you have an Operator's Manual? Suggest you get one as there are several scenarios in there with help for each one to troubleshoot. Far too much to type here!
