mower blade bushing

Have an old bmb shredder I guess it is called. The small thick bushings that fit inside the big hole on the blades that the bolts goes through were worn. All I could find are bushing of the same diameter, but about 1/8th inch thinner than the blade, so the bushing may float up and down a bit. Anyone see any problem with this? Inside and outside diameters of bushing are tight with bolt and blade.

Thanks!

Sounds like a good fit to me. The bolt or nut has to tighten against the blade. If it were to tighten against the bushing, the blade would slip under load.
