Bought 460 haybine last year, cutting first crop hay machine would plug constantly when cutting into the way hay was laying as it was blown down fairly bad. Seemed to plug in right hand corner of rollers. And did not plug going other direction

What are you pulling it with and what gear are you running?? I have one and have used it for the past 5 or 6 years. If I travel to fast with it I have the same problem. But if if use first gear on my Oliver 77 it works just fine, other then in real heavy stuff and some times I have to stop and let it clear its self out.
