I am looking for the cast bearing carrier for an older Case Wheel Disc. The carrier on one of the back gangs broke and I am having very little luck finding one. Case IH counter guys don't seem to be able to function anymore without a part number. Is there a good source or am I better off fabricating an new one out of another style? Thanks in advance.

I have a Case disc, my father in law bought it new in 1972. I did some research as I was also getting blank stares from the local Case IH parts desk. I found out that Long Manufacturing made the discs for Case in that era. I also learned that most disc harrows use standard parts. Most bearing houses can find you bearing parts. I found bearings at TSC. www.agri-supply.com is also a good place for parts.

Is it an angle iron frame tandem disk? If so its an S or SA. If it has greable bearings its an S model. Case problably still can sell you a parts book.

yup. Angle Iron Frame Double gang - no tag or marking of any kind. Hopefully the model you gave me will get me further. Thanks!

No problem yours must be an S or SA if its a tandem. They are the same disc except for the type of bearings greasble and sealed.
