The Thrower will turn if I spin the flywheel by hand but when I put the pto to it, it won"t work,,any help would be wonderful!

You might need to replace the belt that drives the Hyd pump. Over time they get worn too narrow and start slipping at speed and under load, and no they won't always make any noise so you can hear it slip. Turning it by hand it will still have enough friction to turn the pump slowly but not at speed. Also you should check that it has enough fluid in the reservoir and the filter [if it has one] is ok.

make sure you have enough tension on the front belt that goes around the flywheel. there is alot of adjustment there. if it is too tight will send bales over the back of your trailer. do it little by little
