Can someone tell me how to get the bearing out of the bar? I would like to put grease fiting in the end of the bars were do they go? Thanks Stu

They fall right out when they wear out. Took one out with a torch when it didn't. Should pull out, but can take some pulling!

Have fun getting the bar back in. As you cuss & swaer trying, you will note the geomitry of it all only allows all of one end plate to be slipped in at once, not just one bar. You _can_ work the rubber square back into the slot after installing loosely with a couple of screwdrivers, but it ain't easy. Anyhow, be prepared to spend some time getting the new bar back in....

I dont know how to get them apart, but I am not sure why you would want to. They are sealed bearings and we have had our rake for 20+ years with no problems to those bearings.

One of the bars broke its 140.+ without the bearing or stud. Stu
