International 14 Hay Rake

Just aquired this hay rake today. Could you fellers tell me about this hay rake? I got a parts manual on the way. I noticed the tongue may be missing some pieces. Let me know what you all think and where I may find some paint color information on it. All comments welcome here.

I don't think it came with a dolly wheel new but someone could have rigged one up for it.

Thus that is why they modified the hitch.

The jack looks original and would not be needed if it came originally with dolly wheel.

I would remodify the hitch back to drawbar hitch and go rake.
