Hello, I am looking for a sickle bar and other attachments to fit my 1959 981 Ford. Can anyone tell me where I may find a list of attachments with model #s that will fit. I am looking at a Ford 501 sickle bar, but am unsure as to fit.
Thanks,
Bari

Any old - or new - 3pt sickle mower should fit on your 3pt tractor???? Will be better if you have stablizer bars on your tractor; some 501's have stablizer setups on them if you don't, but the tractor ones are better imho.

Good advice from Paul...
You can also use a model 515.
The 501 is a pitman arm and the 515 is a wobble box - both belt drive. Both good mowers but I prefer the 515 as you can use it on steeper inclines (up close to a hillside)without any problems. Just make sure you also get the break-away attachment for you tractors lift arm.
