Woods L59 Blades;spin direction etc.

I have a Woods L59 that I brought home a new set of blades. Ive found them to be different than the ones I just took off.

I assume the cutting edge should be closest to the ground when the deck is mounted? Also, what direction should the blades be spinning? The bolts holding the blades on are left-handed thread, so I assume the blades should turn counter-clockwise when looking down at the deck when seated on the tractor?

Thanks for any help, I have not had this deck very long & am trying to get ready for cutting.

I have a Woods RM59 that I bought a few years ago.
This was for the backwards rotation PTO on the early Kubota tractors. I've tried several different belt configurations to change the rotation but have done nothing but tore up a couple expensive belts. The engineering dept at Woods doesn't want any part of helping me out. I now have a right angle gearbox that I'm going to set up on this and route the drive belt like on a Deere mower deck. Heck I might just paint it green out of spite!

plh: Woods mowers were built in two different 59 models. Yours an L59 turns left or counter clockwise from above. The other model is just refered to as 59 turns right or clockwise. My mower is a 59 and the blade part number is 6950KT. If that is the blade you have they are wrong for your mower.
