You might try Scott Sweigard at Sweigard Bros. in Halifax, PA. I don't have the number handy, but he is often on the Ferguson Board or 8N Board and you probably can find the number via a search engine as well. He has parts for the the Dearborn and Ferguson moldboard plows, so he may have what you need as well.
