My dad and i just went to see him, he's still in ICU but things are looking good. He has 10 broken ribs, 8 on the right side and some w/ multiple breaks, he also had a collapsed lung but now it is looking better. His Pelvis was broke in 2 spots and will be having surgery on Wednesday to have that fixed. He was on a ventilator and heavy drugs so he was out, but we were talking to his sister. She said he is doing a lot better than he was when it happened.

I guess the best part is, he does have health insurance so the farm isn't gone yet. I'm sure my dad and I will help out with the feild work this year as much as we can, as he has helped us so much in the past.

Obviously my thoughts and prayers are with your cousin and his family. It's a good thing he has a good family to help him out. Let's just hope he makes a full recovery.

Glad to hear he"s doing better. But he"s still has a long, painful way to go yet. Just never know when something like that is going to happen.

He's at Theda Clark, got flown in on the Theda Star helicopter on Thursday. One helicopter I hope I never have to ride in...

The story is down the page a little. Long story short he was gored by his bull.

Don, my thoughts and prayers go to your family. I had our holstein stuff both horns in my back and I'm missing one kidney and still recovering 5+ years later. You can never trust those bastards. Now we artifically inseminate everything. Enough was enough for the wife and I.
