I've been looking for a PTO powered log splitter for my Farmall H. I don't have a 3 point so that's out of the question. I want something that runs off the PTO. I've seen some that were like a big cone wiht threads on it. that would even be fine. Can someone give me some hints on where to find one of these kritters?? I want this rig to be as simple as possible, so the threaded cone idea sounds good. Thanks for any input. Kippster

Comes up about every 3 months, might want to do a search here. ;)

I have a Barq Buster, Unicorn used to make them too.

Think they have been outlawed, Unicorn still makes the truck wheel mounted typeas they can have a kill wire on it.

They split wood fast, but you don't want to mess with short pieces, only long, and they are a spinning corkscrew - that does require your witts about you.
