258 259 Rakes

I'm looking for a wider rake than my NH 256 and have located 2 in about the same condition. They are NH 258 & 259. The 259 has dolly wheels but the 258 is slightly better condition. What is the difference in these two model numbers. I really can't tell from looking at them.

They are practically the same. So close that NH discontinued the 259 because they could not really draw the line between the two. Both are great rakes. We have the 259 and the right hand discharge 260. Here are a couple of pictures of the dual hitch with the two rakes hooked up

One is a left hand and the other a right hand ,they are usually used with a hitch and pulled together to rake about 16ft. into one windrow,
