Is a stablizer used while plowing? If not could you explain. Where is a stabilizer used? I appreciate your imput. Thanks

I use mine with my brush hog to keep it from swaying on hills and turns, also with my back blade and boom. I've never plowed, but I sppreciate the info on not using it while plowing, I never would have thought you'd want it to move.

No. The plow should be able to sway side to side when plowing. Stabilizers better known as sway bars are used with planters, cultivators, or other tools that need to be inline with the tractor at all times.
