Does anyone know of salvage yards that may have some of these balers ? Want to change hand tie to either hyd. or electric. Would like to find the parts to change it over. Thanks!!

Thanks for the info & pics, guys. Only problem is the baler belongs to a neighbor and I'm not familiar with it. We have no salvage yard close by with a baler like his. But someone here knows where to find one I'm sure. Thanks !

Look for another baler. I needed hyd for my 851 and found a baler for 1000$ 3 yrs ago. Got it home started work on it, looked bettern mine. I'm still baling with the parts baler!

TD,

I don't know where to tell you to go get your parts, but I think all those single hydraulic ties are pretty much the same clear back thru the 851s.

I've got my 849 gutted for a total rebuild, so disregard the come-along, but maybe these shots will help you see what parts you'll need.
