Hello, I have a Oliver 620 Baler that is a wire tie . I was aiming to fix it up , but I have since purchased a IH 37 twine baler and the parts are a lot easier to get and a lot cheaper. So I want to get rid of the Oliver because I need the shop space. I'm thinking about parting it out to try to get my money back out of it,because not many people want to come and pick up a whole baler. I have $250 in the baler, do you think I could get that out of it in parts? The only thing I know is wrong with the baler is : it needs some attention in the bale chamber (farmer left bale in it and now it's thin) It needs a couple of bearings on the plunger and it could use some pickup tines. So , what's the answer? To part or not to part?

Scott

I sold an Oliver 62T baler about a year or so ago that was in pretty good shape, did need a little work, and that's what I got for it.

I would think it would be worth that 250 or more to an Oliver collector who wanted a baler to pull behind his Oliver tractor....try advertising in the classifieds here.
