I recently aquired a Model "D" MM corn sheller. It has spoke wheels and rubber tires, and I think it is pretty much all there. Pto operated, But part of the tongue is missin, and I would like to know if anyone has one of these units and if they could post a picture of the hitch and tongue. Thanks

Use to have one but no picture.

The tongue was very simple. All it was was two 2" angle irons coming down from the sides at an angle to where they met the hitch.

From the center of the hitch was a 1"rod that went straight back in the center of the sheller to a cross member. The rod was treaded to adjust the height of the hitch to match your tractor to keep the sheller level.

The threaded rod is at the bottom. Not sure I can get a picture of mine, the loader is parked over it for winter storage.....

Paul, When you get a chance e-mail me a picture,no hurry, have other projects ahead of this one.I do have most of the angle iron on each side, looks like someone torched off the last foot where it hooks to your drawbar.Would like to see what it is supposed to look like. Thanks guys
