Need Help Identifying Wheel Weights.

I have 3 pair of rear wheel weights that were in my barn when I bought it 20 years ago. I hope someone can help identify. They are 25 1/2 inchs outside diameter. Inside diameter is 13 inches. Both inside and outside diameters are round. They are stamped inside with the number H1235B. 4 holes with distance from center of hole to center of next hole is 11 inches. From center of one hold across the inside diameter to center of hole on other side is 15 inches. Inside weight 2 holes have a cut out about 1 1/4 inch square, while the other 2 have a dish cut out about 6 inches by 2 1/2 inches. On the outside 2 holes , anout 5/8ths have a round cut out about 2 inches in diameter, while the other 2 holes are oblong and have about a 3 inch cut out. They have several old coats of paint, but appear, possibly to have been red at one time. Any help identifying would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance. P.S. I would guess they weigh about 100 to 150 lbs. each.
