Tsc finally came to my side of the state and opened yesterday. I went and checked it out today, doesn't seem like too bad of a place if we need a few things for the farm, but they still aren't any competition for Fleet Farm, who are also building a new store next to their old one, it'll be bigger than a Wal-Mart super center when it opens in April or so. Can't wait!! I'm like a kid with 2 brand new candy stores in town!

When I go into TSC I feel like I am in a horse store.

I agree on the not restocking. They are guaranteed to NOT have whatever you go there for.

i generally don't go to their stores, but on one occasion last week, i needed some bolts and was right near them. they have a new store in the area and i went in. WOW!..what a change from the old store. very well stocked, well lit, and very knowlegable staff. and a very large supply of implements, although most of their products are the lower end cost and it shows it. i would not drive outta my way to go there, but if i'm passing by or in the area working, i'll consider shopping there more.

Tractor Supply is a misnomer. Out local TSC has fewer and fewer tractor/implement supplies the longer it's open. I asked one of the stock people about when they might receive an out of stock item and was told that they never knew what was going to be on the next truck until they opened the doors. I guess they try too hard to be all things to all people.

In our area, Agri-Supply is far better.

They just built a new TSC in Burlington @ 1/4 mile from their old building. Still doesn"t compare to Farm and Fleet which is in Sturtevant. F&F is definately the store I will continue to shop at.

I think the Mill's (Fleet Fram) and Blain's (Farm & Fleet) are related somewhere along the line. From what I understand, they are basically the same store. Great place to go shopping. I can't wait until the new Fleet Farm is open, it's right across the parking lot from the old one, where a few other buildings were tore down. It's also the Company head quarters.

I wish we had a Farm N Fleet store here in west central Indiana, all we have is TSC and a local chain "Thrifty" (carries more or less the same merchandise as TSC but a lesser selection).

Your right about TSC, they seem to never have anything in stock, and when they do have something it"s never for the equipment I have.

TSC is fine when they first open , but they don't
seem to restock the shelves as they sell. Your right, they are no Fleet Farm "The man's mall
