CORRECTION, I need the parts to hook the No. 5 mower up to a JD M. I have the clamps, I need the parts that allow it to raise and lower.

Do you have the Quick tach or the flat drawbar mower? the quick tach should hook up without any extra parts and should raise the cutter bar with either a hand lift lever or a remote cylinder and if remote cylinder then you would need a hydrolic control that I don't know if John Deere made for your tractor for to use both the mounted hitch and cylinder at the same time
