Painting a IHC 100 manure spreader. When it comes to the wheel rims what was the orginial color. Some I have saw were white or an off white, some were painted blue and some with red rims. Saw some of the horse drawn ones with off white spoke wheels. This is a tractor drawn spreader, kind of cute.
The left chain shield is as long as the spreader box. The spreader still has the IHC roller chain.Maybe holds 25 bu. Just my kind to load with a pitch fork. Thanks for any and all input.

On my IH potato digger I found a tiny bit of red paint so I was going to paint it all red. Then on the hub where greese has been for 80 years I found some of the buff-white color. So maybe take the wheels of and look really close and scrape the greese off. The white color, I dont know what it is but I found a can called buff, the sticker looked just right but it isnt. Buff is a little to yellow so you may need to have some mixed.
