After reading the other post I have some questions as I have 2 New Idea 14 spreaders to part out, so if they would be the same or not I don't know. What size is your spreader and is it a tractor spreader on rubber and if it is exactly what parts do you need, I am in Northwest Ohio

I am looking for chain parts for a 12A New Idea spreader. Is your chain in decent condition? How much would you want for it?

Yes its a rubber tire ground drive. Have not seen the part. Its my father inlaws. I think its the apron drive that has all the notches in it. I will have to go and look at it. I'll get back to you.. Thanks

If I recall correctly ,a lot of Case spreaders were made by New Idea and a lot of parts were interchangeable. At least they were for the Case spreader I used to own but I don't remember the model#.
