i recently came across for sale a 3point hitch manure loader mounts just like any other 3point implement does the guy says it will lift up high enough to dump into a manure spreader as it has its own cylinder other than the 3point the raises it up then dumps with a trip bucket. evev if a guy didnt use it to load manure i could think of alot of other uses for it like moving heavy objects of different sort from one place to another anyone had any experiences with one of these creatures

We have a Westendorf "Rear Ender" 3pt mounted loader with the high lift attachment so it will dump into a manure spreader or small truck. We also had a pretty good front end loader but with a 2wd tractor the 3pt mounted bucket works alot better in soft or muddy conditions.

I have moved a lot of dirt and gravel with one. Handier than a shirt pocket if you don't have a real loader.

I have used two of them. One with a cylinder and one without. I have kept the one with the cylinder. It is a pretty good outfit. I have a FEL, but I can get the 3pt in tighter places. They are also easy on and off. They are good for a hobby livestock project and yes, you can use them for other things as well. I"m not quite sure how high mine will lift, but it easily clears the spreader. The old style without a cylinder will barely clear a spreader. If the price is right buy it. It will not de-value.

We had one for a little while many years ago. It is a step up from a pitchfork - but just barely. Dad sold it as soon as he could find a live one.

I have one that I bought a couple of weeks ago,I paid $150 for mine and it is like new.I havent had a chance to use it yet but I figured at that price it had to be better than a shovel. What does the guy want for his?( if you dont mind telling)

Rick,

Have you done anything with this? If you are going to pass on it, I might be interested. But only if you have decided you are not interested.
