Welp, I thought about what a lot of you said about those doors being dangerous to work on..so I decided to get a professional. I stopped in at a local building supply to ask them who they would suggest for door repair. The guy asked who installed it and when I told him he said well he's here working in our building. So I talked to him and he said he would take care of it. Job got done one day I wasn't around..haven't seen a bill yet...good kid, I likely won't. the door works better than it ever did...usta go up like a rocket, now just a gentle hand over hand on the chain...Mike in Exeter Ontario
