Yes, we are. Did you watch any of the military channel. I watched some of the part on WW1, absolutely horrific--trench warfare that is. Rats eating the dead, fleas, living in mud. Terrible. It would almost make WW2 seem easy. One of my Great Grandfathers was supposed to go to Western Europe in 1917, but he got lead poisoning on the way over to Europe, came back home and lived to see 77 years old. Died 1974. Both my grandfathers were in WW2, dad was in the USN in late 50's, no combat. Father in-law was drafted to go to Germany during Vietnam. The younger generation doesnt know what the hell of war and what its like. Say your prayers for those Americans that have been lost in all the wars to keep our Freedom.
