For the past week I have been working on my 1962 model 91 IH combine getting it ready for Redpower Roundup which is next month at Columbia,MO.

The 91 hadnt run in 8 years.I pulled the plugs and put oil down the cylinders.I changed the oil and filter, put on a new electric fuel pump, new 12 volt coil, and cleaned up the fuel system. It fired right up and ran great.I put on new drive chains too.

My friend Lyle O was over yesterday evening and here he is driving the 91 around in the yard.He goes with me on all my combine trips. The little 91 is sure fun to drive since you can turn it on a dime.

In the background is my new 54' by 48' combine shed which I worked on all Spring.I hope to add another 48' to it in the next year.It will hold 12 combines when its done.

Nice! There is an old 91 down the road from me in the woods. Been trying to talk the people out of it, but they arent interested in letting it go.

Thanks Ande.I'm hoping to add 24 ft to the shed this fall and 24 ft more next spring.I'll try and have my 12 best combines in there by summer 2009..

The trouble is theres never enough storage when you collect combines. My want list just keeps growing.
