It looks like a smaller IH from the 1960's such as a 91 or a 93?The platform ladder looks like my 91 IH's.

I'll bet someone on here with a little bit of talent and patience could put it back right and running. That be worth it to see someone do it.I remember the old massey challenger i think it was a friend winched up on a trailor in the 70s. should have seen it at the state fair.!!

And it's a low hour 1 owner machine. Yes it was tied down on the trailer.
