Why can't we just let the subject die. If its not too much to ask, you don't have to tell us what you are doing with the machines. Frankly, we really don't care to hear about it. I realize that there are alot of machines too far gone to save. But I for one am interested in preserving any types of old farm machinery and not just tractors. At 26 years old I didn't get the chance to see most of the equipment I own anywhere close to new. Hats off to 1206 and all you others that share our interest in mostly combines as one day most of the oldies WILL be gone. I am proud to show off my equipment at our local shows to both young and old. Yes that means I take the time to haul even my JD 95 to local shows despite the huge hassel. So how about giving the regulars that frequent this board a little respect if you can, I think most here will agree with me.

Amen to that! I wonder how Pig Farmer would like it if somebody borrowed his car or pickup to participate in a demo derby? After all, it's all gonna get junked sometime, right? Just sooner than later might be better.
